 By accessing this School (Reconalist Courses and/or Digital Products and/or Software as a Service owned and operated by Tip Junkie, LLC), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Eligibility

This School including its tools, applications and services are intended solely for access and use by individual who are at least eighteen (18) years old and above. By accessing and using our School including its tools, applications and services, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and with full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.



2. License

Reconalist Courses - Terms of Use


  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated Reconalist at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

 

Reconalist Digital Products - Terms of Use

Standard License - Personal Business Use

 

Personal Business Use is defined as using purchased Items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. All purchased items may be used for your own personal business marketing needs. Examples of Personal Business Use include using our software as a service to pick what URL to update for your own website. (no selling services with the use of these designs, no money changes hands), etc.

Can be used for

  • End Products Not For Sale
  • Any personal or business social media accounts that align with one website.

Cannot be used for

  • End products for sale
  • Design or Virtual Assistant services 
  • Website designs
  • Physical or digital paid advertisements
  • Physical products for sale
  • Native apps, web apps, or games

Commercial License - Commercial Work


Commercial Work is defined as any work done that is not for Personal Business Use. This includes Contracted Work and Client Work for up to three clients.

Can be used for

  • Up to three clients 
  • Limited to one website per client 
  • One personal business social media account owned by the licensee
  • If a client has more than one website they can purchase the Standard License. Please contact us for more information. 

Cannot be used for

  • Product or website designs
  • Physical or digital paid advertisements
  • Physical products for sale
  • Software as a service for sale
  • Native apps, web apps, or games

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website and Digital Products are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Web allows people throughout the world to share valuable information, ideas and creative works. To ensure continued open access to such materials, we all need to protect the rights of those who share their website analytics with us. Although you've given us access to your website analytics, we don’t intend to give up our rights, or anyone else’s rights, to the materials appearing on them or any of our digital products or software as a service. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, recompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of our services, software, or documentation, or create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to the Program or proprietary information related thereto.


5. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers and forum members. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of Tip Junkie, LLC. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.


6. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website and Digital Products and Software as a Service, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
